Due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the conference will be conducted online and discount the 40% registration fee.

- The online-platform registration fee is to cover the cost of labor by the ATC 2021 staff and the cost of the vendor to create and run the necessary virtual conference platform and the fee for IEEE Xplore.
- To be published in the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference;
